In doing this, aelustreNG utilizes design research, by reaching out a sampled fraction of the targeted audience and stakeholders to understand their expectations and experiences. Our goal is to understand their needs so we could better address them using flyers, publications, and other channels we are designing.

 

aelustreNG engaged stakeholders throughout the entire process of the research, recommendations, build, testing with actual users, and staff as we go on. This ensured that we created an experience that’s user centered and unique to the brand.
